I Believe that Wellness and Healthy Living Deserves a Holistic Approach 

You can be eating the cleanest diet on the planet but if you are dissatisfied with the other parts of your life, your health will never become balanced. A stressful job or a difficult relationship might cause you to overeat when you are not hungry, disrupt your sleep, or discourage you from continuing with an exercise routine. An overactive mind that constantly deliberates your food choices, your inability to lose weight, locate a significant other, or find your dream job will never let you relax and continuously promote a stressful environment. As we work together, we will see how all parts of your life are connected and affect the quality of your wellness as a whole.

Together we will define your wellness goals and hone in on your health values. These perspectives will help motivate and inspire your path to reach your specific goals. As your coach, I do not focus on calorie restrictions, "bad" vs. "good" foods, or prescribing a diet but rather exploring the effects of certain foods with you and use the outcome as feedback. Together we will create an action plan to get you to where you want to be within a reasonable time frame. Success does not happen overnight but rather through small and consistent steps over time will take you to your ideal and genuine picture of healthy living.

I understand that life happens and that your needs might change over time. We are also unique and each body thrives off of different fuels. That is why I work with clients to tune into their specific needs so they can be ready to make the best decisions for themselves in any given situation. I want you to develop this self-awareness because I truly believe that you are the best expert to decide when it comes to your own well being and not the latest fad diet.  




It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.



The concept of Bio-IINndividuality* (a term created by Joshua Rosenthal, founder of the Institue of Integrative Nutrition) is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.

Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.
