90 day "Health Reboot"

Reclaim your health in a condensed version of my 6 month program. Using my 5 step process you will reboot your health so you can experience more energy, sleep better, increase your confidence, reduce anxiety/stress, and feel better in your skin. You will understand how to integrate the right foods into your diet that work for your system, how to cook simple and delicious meals for you and your family, develop stress-management techniques, and minimize compulsive thought tendencies surrounding food (good vs bad, portion sizes, calorie counting etc.)

You only have one body so it is time we start treating ourselves with all the love and respect we so willing give to the people in our lives. Let's free ourselves from over-thinking, restrictions, deprivations, and guilt to focus our lives on developing health habits that fuel our bellies, minds, and hearts.

6 Months


6 months "Wellness Support"

Receive in-depth support and motivation to improve your health and finally reach your wellness goals. Do want to lose those last 10 lbs? How about reconnecting with your body to find the energy you had back in high school? Do you want to reclaim your body and feel more confident after having a baby? Do you want help starting an exercise routine? Maybe train for a half marathon or start doing yoga a few times a week?

With the 6 month program, we will create manageable steps for you to reach your specific goal. The time frame of the program will give you the necessary support to truly learn the skills needed to achieve your goals. From there, you will maintain the results for years to come since you have learned what you spesificaly need to achieve success. 

What is so unique about these programs it that they take YOU into account. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. I will customize your game plan so that you can implement positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.


Both PROGRAM offer

We will meet twice a month over the phone or via Skype/FaceTime and have a 50-minute session where we will talk about YOU and your goals, needs, and progress.
